Classic Chocolate Chess Pie

Classic Chocolate Chess Pie Recipe


4 tablespoons dutch cocoa powder
1 1/2 cups sugar
3 tablespoons corn starch
2 large eggs
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1 can evaporated milk - 5 oz.
1 teaspoon Happy Home Pure Vanilla Extract
1/2 teaspoon Happy Home Imitation Butter Flavor
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust



Preheat the oven to 350°F. In a large bowl, whisk together the cocoa powder, sugar, and corn starch. Add in the beaten eggs, melted butter, milk, Happy Home Pure Vanilla Extract, and Happy Home Imitation Butter Flavor. Combine well. 
Pour the mixture into the unbaked pie shell. Bake for 50 minutes. Cool completely.

Enjoy with whipped cream topping!
