Apr 19, 2019Being one that has floral allergies with asthma, I can not wear any perfume as it is floral based. I found that this clear flavoring makes for a wonderful perfume. I pour it into a spray bottle and spritz it on and I get wonderful comments about how good I smell and that I smell like a cookie. I love the clear, it doesn't stain my clothes. Southern Flavoring is the only place I buy this.

I was taught to make my Grandmas southern pound cake around the time I was 8 and so that means I have been using Happy Home Flavoring myself for 42 years now. Aug 31, 2018I first started using Southern Flavoring in my twenties when my Mother was buying it from the ladies at her church. I use the vanilla and the lemon and would not buy any other product. I don't see the churches selling it anymore and the last time I needed it, I went on line and saw that I could purchase it myself. I use it in my chocolate icing, my pound cakes and my fruit cakes mainly. Of course, we also use it in other things too. When my Mother was alive, she would make divinity fudge and always used your vanilla so it wouldn't discolor the white fudge.

Feb 2, 2018i have used this flavoring for about twenty years and have liked it very much. I use the almond, butter, coconut and a lot of vanilla. I will add a little coconut flavoring to anything that already has that flavor and get many comments on it. i will keep on using this flavoring as long as i can get it.

Jun 25, 2017This company is one of the most efficient that I have ever done business with on the internet. I am a crazy old cat lady who is not tech savvy and their site is so simple and quick to place an order. I ordered 1 gallon of clear vanilla Thursday a.m. and lo and behold Sat. a.m. Fed Ex dropped it at my door! I was sooo happy! You see I feed 9 sites of feral cats from 3 a.m. to 7a.m. and with our hot and humid weather down here in LA the mosquotoes are abundant and are fast and furious!.I heard they hate vanilla so I dilute it in a spray bottle with water and douse me for protection. I love smelling like vanilla instead of those chemicals in the cans! And it is.so much less expensive and clear obviously doesnt stain! Southern Flavor outpriced every otber site I checked and I will go straight back there when I need more! I love them!
