Imitation Butter Flavoring
Feb 21, 2022I enjoy adding this flavoring to my cakes. It has a wonderful aroma. And I like the fact that I can purchase the gallon size at a reasonable price.

Dec 17, 2021I am a cake decorator and have been using the clear butter flavoring for my buttercream icing for a very long time. It is my "secret" ingredient, I guess. Although I am happy to tell everyone who asks why my icing tastes so different than they have had before. The flavor has been consistently wonderful for over 20 years!

Sep 6, 2021I bought the clear butter flavoring to put in my buttercream icing. I had been having a hard time finding clear butter anywhere local so in a pinch I had bought the Wilton brand from Walmart. I had been noticing an odd smell (rancid) with it so when I found the Southern Flavoring brand online I ordered 4 bottles. Upon receiving it I opened a bottle to compare the smell to what I had been using. I immediately poured the old stuff down the drain. I am a believer in your product and will look no further for another. Thank you for producing this wonderful product.
