Jan 2, 2023I like that this mat has the measurements adjustments on it. I have it on the kitchen wall next to my counter so I can adjust recipe measures at a quick glance. I'd love it if it were large enough to roll out biscuit or cookie dough. I ordered a 2nd one for my friend in Albany, who is a faboulous chef & baker.
