Lemony Cream Pie

Ingredients:

14 oz sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp grated lemon zest
2 eggs
2 tbsp Happy Home© Pure Lemon Extract
Frozen whipped topping or sweet whipped cream
Your favorite pie crust or try the Perfect Pie Crust

Directions:

Bake pie crust and allow to cool
Preheat oven to 325°: F
Mix with blender eggs and sweetened condensed milk
Add Happy Home© Pure Lemon Extract and lemon zest
Pour into cooled pie crust and bake for 30-35 minutes until set
Allow to cool for 1 hour
Chill in refrigerator for 3 hours
Garnish with whipped topping & lemon zest
