SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All shipments require a street address and phone number. We cannot ship to PO boxes. Most orders ship within 48 hours. If your order cannot be shipped due to back-ordered products or incomplete information, we will contact you with an anticipated shipping date.

For orders of 10 or more recipients, send via fax or mail to ensure accuracy. If necessary use a separate piece of paper for additional names and addresses.

Shipments to Virginia addresses, please add 2.5% sales tax on food items and 5.3% tax on non-food items.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express, money orders, company and personal checks. Make checks payable to Southern Flavoring Company, Inc. Please allow additional time on orders paid by check to allow for processing. No stamps or C.O.D.s accepted.

RETURN POLICY

Returns and exchanges are accepted for non-food products only and must be authorized prior to sending them back to us for credit or exchange. Call customer service first for your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

For freshness and security, we do not accept returns of edible products.
