3 tablespoons oil
½ cup popcorn kernels
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon Terrapin Mountain Thyme
1 teaspoon Terrain Mountain Rosemary
3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
Place the oil and kernels in a medium saucepan. Cover and place on medium heat until the kernels finish popping, approximately 3 to 5 minutes.
Remove the popcorn from the saucepan and place in a bowl. Sprinkle the herbs and salt over the popcorn and gently stir. Slowly drizzle the melted butter over the popcorn. Stir to combine. Serve immediately.
