Dried Basil Pesto
½ cup Terrapin Mountain Basil Leaves
¼ cup pine nuts (toasting them adds a great flavor!)
¾ tsp Terrapin Mountain Granulated Garlic
½ cup grated parmesan
½ cup olive oil
Place pine nuts, Terrapin Mountain Basil Leaves
, Terrapin Mountain Granulated Garlic
and parmesan in a food processor. Pulse, then run continuously until the pine nuts have broken down.
With the processor running, drizzle oil into the processor. Continue to run until you have your desired consistency.
