Very Vanilla Cupcakes Recipe

Ingredients:

Cupcakes:
¼ cup butter, room temperature
⅔ cup granulated sugar
2 tsp Happy Home Pure Vanilla Extract®:
2 eggs
1 ½ cups flour
⅔ cups milk

Frosting:
½ cup butter, room temperature
1 ½ cup confectioners sugar
1 ⅛ tsp Happy Home Vanilla Paste®:

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F, lightly grease muffin tin

Cupcakes:

1. Add butter, sugar and Happy Home Pure Vanilla Extract®: Add the eggs, one at a time
2. Add the flour & milk, mix gently
3. Fill muffin tins 3/4 full
4. Bake for 18-20 minutes.
5. Allow to cool

Frosting:

1. Beat butter & sugar until fluffy
2. Add Happy Home Vanilla Paste®: and blend until fluffy and thoroughly mixed

Spread frosting on each cooled cupcake.
Makes 12 cupcakes
